At Flamingo Estate, we strive for the highest quality in every harvest and hand-crafted essential. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns on unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original garden-inspired packaging to ensure they remain protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your box.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our apothecary team inspects the returned goods, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
