Making a cup of Coffee is my favorite morning ritual. I jump out of bed at sunrise, when the house is dark and quiet, and I head to the kitchen. All I can hear is the roosters down at the orchard, and I have a moment with myself as the rich aroma floats all the way through the house.

I’m obsessed with Coffee. And it took us years to get it right. Our Medium Roast is a rich dance of flavors: toasted Cacao, Toffee, Ripe Cherry, and poised acidity. Our beans are sustainably grown in lush soil by Coffee farmers in Guatemala and Colombia, who are paid a verified living wage and provided with stable, long-term demand to support their livelihood and communities.

Roasted to preserve freshness, this Coffee is crafted to be used within three weeks. The result is an exceptionally nuanced smell and taste, and a Coffee that I've always dreamed of making. Standing for something strong, from farmers we know and love.
